You can schedule an appointment by navigating to the Appointments tab and clicking on "New Appointment". Follow the prompts to select your pet, preferred veterinarian, date, and time. Make sure to provide accurate information about your pet's condition and any specific concerns you may have.
To add a new pet, go to the Pets tab and tap on the "+" button. Fill in your pet's details including name, species, breed, age, gender, and upload a clear photo if available. Providing complete information helps veterinarians better understand your pet's needs and medical history.
To reset your password, go to the login screen and tap on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to create a new password. Check your email inbox and spam folder for the reset link. The link will expire after 1 hour for security reasons.
You can update your personal information by going to your Profile page and selecting "Personal Information". Here you can edit your name, email, phone number, and address. Make sure to save your changes when you're done.
Use the Vet Station feature to find nearby veterinary service points. The app will show you a map with available locations, their services, and contact information. You can also get directions to any station directly from the app.
If you experience technical issues, first try restarting the app. If the problem persists, check your internet connection and ensure you have the latest version of the app. If issues continue, contact our support team through email or live chat for assistance.
Go to Settings in your profile menu and look for the "Notifications" section. Here you can toggle notifications on or off according to your preferences. You can also customize which types of notifications you want to receive.
